Our movement coaches are biomechanics specialists with a passion for helping people move without limitations. If you’re looking to get back into shape and feel better in your body, they offer a thoughtful approach that prioritizes joint health over simply working up a sweat.

They carefully selects warm-up and corrective exercises to create immediate improvements in your range of motion and movement quality. Following this, they incorporate unconventional weight room and plyometric exercises that complement the corrective work, enhancing both your movement quality and overall fitness.

Si vous souhaitez retrouver la forme et vous sentir mieux dans votre corps, ils proposent une approche réfléchie qui met la santé articulaire au cœur du processus — bien avant la recherche de performance ou de transpiration.

Ils choisissent avec soin des exercices d’échauffement et de correction afin de produire des améliorations immédiates dans votre amplitude de mouvement et la qualité de vos déplacements. Michael is a passionate athletic trainer that came into this field from his own personal struggles. After suffering from pelvic floor pain and trying countless therapies, he decided to take matters into his own hands. Mentorship from Greg (head physio) has facilitated an incredible healing process and now Michael is keen to share his insights with clients to help them get out of pain and realize their full movement potential so they can pursue the activities they love without hesitation.
