He carefully selects warm-up and corrective exercises to create immediate improvements in your range of motion and movement quality. Greg grew up in Montreal and completed a BSc in Physiology and Kinesiology, and a Masters in Physical Therapy at McGill University. He has extensive background playing competitive football and currently has a passion for strength training, rock climbing and human movement. His style of treatment primarily emphasizes movement re-education through the Anatomy in Motion methodology, functional strengthening and offering lifestyle education to help people make positive health behaviour changes.

Bryan was born in Columbia and grew up in the States and has been in Canada for over 20 years. He completed a BSc in Kinesiology and a Masters in Physical Therapy at McGill University.

Bryan has been mentored in the Ground Up approach and consistently delivers powerful results—helping clients not only get out of pain, but also feel more confident, capable, and at home in their bodies.

Bryan has a background in competitive soccer, calisthenics and Olympic weight lifting. These experiences inform his passion for helping people without limitation.
