Massage Therapy

Our massage treatments are one of a kind. JS has extensive experience in providing restorative massages. His techniques include deep tissue work, cupping therapy, breath work, ribcage mobility, and lymphatic drainage.

Each massage is accompanied by breath work coaching and gentle, slow movements to enhanced the improved mobility you will gain from the session.

Michael is a passionate athletic trainer that came into this field from his own personal struggles. After suffering from pelvic floor pain and trying countless therapies, he decided to take matters into his own hands. Greg grew up in Montreal and completed a BSc in Physiology and Kinesiology, and a Masters in Physical Therapy at McGill University. He has extensive background playing competitive football and currently has a passion for strength training, rock climbing and human movement.
