We appreciate the interconnectedness of the body and focus on restoring optimal movement in all joints of your body which may have been lost over time due to lifestyle habits and previous injury.

Michael is a passionate athletic trainer that came into this field from his own personal struggles. After suffering from pelvic floor pain and trying countless therapies, he decided to take matters into his own hands. Greg grew up in Montreal and completed a BSc in Physiology and Kinesiology, and a Masters in Physical Therapy at McGill University. He has extensive background playing competitive football and currently has a passion for strength training, rock climbing and human movement.
